This comprehensive document provides updated recommendations on the diagnosis and management of ADHD in children and adolescents, helping to shape the future of ADHD care in South Africa.

ADHD remains one of the most common neurodevelopmental conditions, yet access to accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment is still a challenge for many families. These new guidelines aim to provide evidence-based strategies for healthcare professionals to ensure that children with ADHD receive the support they need to thrive.
