On Friday, 12 September 2025, South Africa will turn yellow in support of children with ADHD. Learners, parents, and communities will wear yellow and give R10 to create a Sea of Yellow that raises awareness and funds for free mental health services.

This is just the beginning — the Sea of Yellow is set to become an annual movement, growing bigger every year as we stand together for ADHD awareness.

South African Multidisciplinary ADHD Congress

Our Virtual Multidisciplinary ADHD Congress is a dynamic online gathering of leading voices in ADHD care, research, and advocacy.

For the past five years, our congress has been a must-attend event, bringing together more than 500 delegates annually from across disciplines and countries.
