On 4 February 2025, the Goldilocks and the Bear Foundation hosted a highly successful OT Wellness Day at Scottsville Primary, providing essential occupational therapy assessments to 15 children in need. This event would not have been possible without the dedication and expertise of IThrive Occupational Therapy, Shout a Whisper Occupational Therapy, and independent OT Bridget Pama, who generously gave their time and skills to make a difference in these young lives.

Early intervention is key in addressing developmental and learning challenges, and thanks to our incredible partners, these children received the assessments they need to thrive. But the support didn’t stop there! Each child walked away with a stationery goody bag, including a pencil bag, pencil, ruler, eraser, and sharpener, ensuring they were equipped for learning. To top it off, they also received a lucky packet, adding a little extra joy to their day!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Scottsville Primary for providing us with their facilities and helping us reach children who may otherwise not have access to these services. Events like these remind us of the power of collaboration in building a brighter future for children facing learning and developmental challenges.

What will the GoldiGang get up to next? Stay tuned! 😉
