‘What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others.’

Nelson Mandela

Goldilocks and The Bear partnered with the University of Stellenbosch Business School and the Centre for Responsible Leadership Studies, for Nelson Mandela Day, on 18 July by visiting four schools in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town. Stationery, clothes, tennis equipment and soup were handed out.

At Bishop Lavis Primary School, Nic assisted in handing over tennis balls racquets, tennis socks and clothes to very happy learners.

At Alpha Primary School, Claire and team gifted children with vests, jerseys and rain jackets to keep them warm during the rainy winter months.

On a cold winter morning, soup and rolls were handed out to the children at Attie van Wyk Primary. Tawni was up to her elbows in soup!

To aid in learning, Cornelia assisted in handing over stationery to the leaners at Scottsville Primary School.

Thank you to everyone that contributed!
